Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after processing, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged, email ask@saavstreetwear.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. If tracking has stalled or your package seems lost, contact us right away and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Every product page has a Size Guide with exact garment measurements. Our fits run oversized by design, so compare the measurements to a similar piece you already own. If you are between sizes and want a cleaner fit, size down.

Hoodies and sweatpants are heavyweight 400 to 450 GSM brushed cotton fleece. Tees and jerseys are midweight combed cotton. Every graphic is tested through repeat wash cycles before a run is approved.

Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang dry. Skip the iron on printed areas. Treated right, the print and fit will outlast most of your wardrobe.

You have 14 days from delivery to return items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Full steps are in our Return and Refund Policy.

For incorrect or defective items we handle exchanges and cover return shipping. If you simply ordered the wrong size, return the item within 14 days and place a new order, since stock moves too quickly for us to hold sizes.
